DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Murat Erbas shoes are made-to-order goods and the production begins after the payment received. Please allow us 10 workdays within Turkey and 15 workdays out of Turkey for the delivery. If any set back arises due to us we inform you immediately via your recorded communication information on our website. İn order to that, it is significantly important to record your communication information in full and true.

We do not charge for the delivery. Each parcel we dispatch is sent by courier and is insured. You will be informed by e-mail when the parcel is dispatched. If you have any question, please contact us by phone or e-mail on our website.

You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery and exchange within 30 days of delivery on the condition of sending the goods unworn and with a valid receipt. However, shoes showing any evidence of being worn, including scuffed soles, are not eligible for return. Please note that the buyer pays shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Customer specialized products which are produced or changed according to the wishes and private demands of the customers cannot be returned. Because of that please follow the steps of our foot size guide and measure your foot size carefully before sending us your foot size.

All goods and their parts are controlled prior to dispatch, but if an item delivered you with a damage been during transit, you must contact us via phone or e-mail on our website immediately.

Liability of a parcel remains with the sender until received by Murat Erbas Shoes. Please use the original packing sleeve and shoe box when sending the shoes. To avoid any custom charges please clearly mark the package “Returned Goods”. All returns are taken first into control process and the control process is ended in mostly 5 days. The decision taken after the control is forwarded you through sms, e-mail or phone.
